Welcome to the inaugural Beauties of the Big Sky at Bar Star Cattle. 2021 started off as an amazing and blessed year for us with the OKC show lighting up our lives with four herd bulls sold in the national sale including Bar Star Fresh Prince for $107,500. We have been growing our program since 2006 and this year its time to give everyone a chance at our top end females. Drought struck us hard this year, but the cattle strived, and this offering is straight off the top end to allow us to keep the females that are already staged to calve in 2022. Our strategy has always been to breed for cattle that will work in nearly all environments while maintaining phenotype that could work both in production and if called upon, in the showring. We are humbled to have the opportunity to offer this set to the bidding public. We hope you enjoy viewing and bidding on them as much as we enjoyed making the breeding decisions and raising them to this point. We will do our best to work with the buyers on arranging transportation. Time is of the essence on delivery as there will be plenty of rides from Montana across the country in the weeks following the sale.

A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you specifically choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 30 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 30 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee. If you pay by check after receiving an invoice via e-mail from SmartAuctions the 5% transaction fee is automatically waived.
