When will the auction close?

The auction will open for bidding at onerooffoundation.org/auction on Saturday, September 25th at 12:00am PST, and close on Saturday, October 9th at 9:00pm PST.

What are the auction items?

Auction items vary! Starting September 25, we're going live with a variety of items: from 3-Rink-Rush jerseys to a "CEO for a Day" experience, to Kraken home game tickets during the 2021-22 regular season. Check out onerooffoundation.org/auction for details on what's available. Click on any item to view the details, description, current bidding price, and when the auction closes.

When can I bid on the 3-Rink-Rush jerseys?

The 3-Rink-Rush is our name for the three preseason home games of our inaugural season. On the day of each such game (September 26, October 1, and October 2), we will post a limited number of signed pre-game worn warmup jerseys for a 24-hour auction. Pay attention to the closing time for each item so you don't miss out.

How can I learn what's available?

Who is allowed to bid?

Kraken fans 16 years of age and over and United States residents are eligible to bid. Bidders of any auction items featuring alcohol must be 21 and over, and auction winners will be required to show proof of age prior to being awarded any item. Auction entry is void where prohibited. Additional restrictions may apply; contact One Roof Foundation with questions.

How do I bid?

Once you have completed registration, you will receive a welcome text message linking to the Items page where you can browse and start bidding on packages.

  1. Click on the blue link in the welcome text to be directed to the Items page.
  2. View items by category or search by item number or name.
  3. Click the item of interest to view the description as well as the current bid and or price.
  4. The system will auto-populate the bid amount based on the set increment for the item, but you can choose to bid at the set amount or set a higher amount.
  5. Click Bid.

Can I place an auto-bid?

Yes! You can allow the system to automatically bid up to a designated amount for you. The system will bid incrementally up to the amount designated as long as someone else places a bid against you. If no one bids against your auto bid, the price remains the same. To set up an auto-bid:

  1. Click the item of interest 
  2. Click the Auto Bid tab
  3. Enter in the maximum amount you would like to bid
  4. Click Bid.

*Note: When two bids are placed for the same amount, the bid placed first based on the timestamp wins.

How do I know if I'm winning or if I've won?

Visit the Items page at the top of the screen and click on "My Activity." All items, even the 3-Rink-Rush flash items, will be shipped or available for pickup (depending on the item) after all auctions close on October 9th at 9pm PST. This allows us to consolidate transactions into one payment for individual bidders who win multiple items.

How do I check-out? When will I be charged for my items?

When you are ready to pay, review the items in your cart and choose to pay either with an existing credit card on file or enter a new card. Once your balance is paid in full, a statement is automatically emailed to the address on your account.

  1. Visit the Pay page at the top of the screen.
  2. Review the purchase summary.
  3. Enter a credit card or use the one on file.
  4. Click Pay.
  5. Once payment is secured, a red Pay stamp appears.
  6. Show the Pay stamp at the time of item redemption to confirm payment was made.

Any remaining balances due will be automatically charged to the card on file by end of day Monday October 11th.

How can I collect my package?

Any event tickets won in the auction will be sent directly to the email on file via Ticketmaster.

If your package contained a physical item or other experience, you will be contacted by us for pick up or delivery steps by October 15th.
