SEES HSA proudly presents 13th Annual SEES Stars & Stripes 5K and Fun Run which will take place on Saturday, September 11, 2021!  Below please find all of the exciting details for kick-off and race day events:

5K RUN OR WALK REGISTRATION:  Use the ticket link above to register to run or walk the Woodmont course today!  Check-in begins at 7:30am on September 11th and the race begins at 9:15 am (at 9:00am the National Anthem will be played, followed by a prayer and a moment of silence at 9:11 am).  Registration is $25.00 per runner and includes entry, race bib, race t-shirt, and swag bag (please note that shirt availability can only be guaranteed for registrations received prior to FRIDAY, AUGUST 26TH).

FUN RUN OR WALK REGISTRATION:  Use the ticket link above to register!  The Fun Run will begin after the 5K around 10:15am and participants will be released in groups by age.  Registration is $15.00 per runner and includes entry, race bib, race t-shirt, and swag bag (please note that shirt availability can only be guaranteed for registrations received prior to FRIDAY, AUGUST 26TH).

PARTICIPATION CONTEST!  The classes with the highest participation (one class from each division - primary, intermediate & middle school) will win a pizza party in the Grove with Mr. Hamner and Mr. Andrew! 

TEACHER GIFT OF TIME SILENT AUCTION!  This year we are excited to again offer our Teacher Gift of Time experiences in a Silent Auction format.  Parents will be able to bid on their mobile devices from the open of the auction until the auction closes on the day of the race.  Winners will be announced with Race Awards!  Preview Teacher Gift of Time experiences at the link above!

DRIVE THRU PASTA DINNER & RACE PACKET PICK-UP:  Use the ticket link above to purchase pasta dinner tickets. $12 per adult / $10 per child (12 years and younger). All pasta dinner tickets include an entrĂ©e, side salad, bread, cookie, and bottled water. GF and vegetarian options are available. Pasta Dinner tickets must be purchased by September 7th, 2021. 

SWAG BAG DONATIONS:  SEES Families! We are asking for your support in donating items to the race swag bags that will be given away to all who are running in the SEES "Stars & Stripes" 5K & Fun Run.  Swag Bags are also a great way to market your business. We will happily accept coupons and/or items with your company's name or logo. Donation items can either be purchased off the Amazon Wish List or purchased elsewhere and dropped off in the front office. Donations will be accepted through Tuesday, September 7th. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!  Please join us in making, "Stars and Stripes", SEES 13th Annual 5K & Fun Run a success by signing up to volunteer! Please click here if you are able to volunteer your time.

The 5K and Fun Run Committee is in need of five volunteers to pass out flyers on Thursday, September 2nd (placed on mailbox flags or front porches) to Woodmont Residents along the 5K & Fun Run course to notify them of the upcoming race. Please click here if you are able to volunteer your time.

The 5K Pasta Dinner Committee is in need of volunteers to help cook, serve pasta, and distribute race packets to 5K and Fun Run runners, as well as, donate side items to complete the meal. Please click here if you are able to volunteer and/or donate.
