2021 Campfires & Candlelight Gala In-Person Schedule of Events
Dress is country club casual, western wear, and some folks will be Sunday Best.
5:00pm-6:30pm Check-in, Silent Auction & Cocktails
6:30pm Dinner: Endive Spinach Salad, Petite Fillet Mignon w/smashed potatoes and saffron cauliflowers and asparagus with a traditional demi-glace, and seasonal fruit tart for dessert. (Vegetarian Entree available, must request with ticket purchase prior to October 29)
7:30-7:45pm Live Auction kicks off
8:00-9:00pm Guest check out - volunteers available to help
