b. 1976 Sabrina J. Barilone is a sculptor and high school teacher living in Grant Park, Atlanta, GA. She earned her BFA, summa cum laude, in Art Education with a concentration in Ceramics from Georgia State University. During a short time in Macon, she juggled a teaching career and served as Vice-Chair on the Macon Public Art Commission. While teaching full-time she has exhibited recently across Georgia including group shows: Form and Function at 567 Gallery and exhibited in other venues including Agnes Scott College, Zuckerman Museum, MINT Gallery, Macon Arts Alliance, Tubman Museum, Valdosta State University and received several Merit Awards as well as First and Second place recognitions. Her most significant recent artistic achievement includes being chosen for a Hambidge residency in 2020 and being named Arrowmont Griffith Art Educator Fellow 2021.
