Duet's 31st Annual Poinsettia Tea

An update to the Poinsettia Tea gift basket tradition

If you've been to the Poinsettia Tea, you'll remember the festive gift baskets we displayed in the lobby that were part of a drawing. To keep with social distancing guidelines, our baskets and other unique items will be featured in our online silent auction, which will begin on December 6. When you purchase tickets you will register your credit card, which will make bidding on auction items and donating a breeze. Your credit card will not be charged unless you make a purchase.

Silent Auction Info you need to know

This year our silent auction is available online and individuals are allowed to bid from all across the U.S. provided that you put a credit card on file.  Please note that some of the items are not available for shipping, therefore if you are unable to attend the event or pick the item up at our offices in Phoenix, AZ, then you will not be eligible to win that item.  Each item has a note in the description section stating whether the auction item is eligible for shipping and in some cases a shipping & handling fee will be assessed depending on the item.  If you have any questions about this, please email Lori at [email protected].  New items will be added throughout the week, so keep checking back.  Happy bidding!

Covid protocol 

The health and safety of our guests, volunteers, and staff is Duet's highest priority. In adherence to CDC guidelines, we ask that you wear a face covering at all times except while eating and drinking, regardless of vaccination status. The Hyatt takes Covid seriously and has a strict sanitation policy in place in order to minimize physical interactions. The Hyatt will provide masks as needed and touchless hand sanitizer dispensers; the ballroom allows for careful spacing of tables. 

We will livestream the program portion of the tea for any ticketed guests who cannot attend.
