Meet Our Celebrity Emcee, Teresa Dufour

Teresa Dufour has been working in the news and entertainment industry since 2003. She started off behind the camera and worked her way up from the assignment desk to the news desk.

After Teresa graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2001 with her bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism, she anchored and reported daily newscasts for KISS 95.7 and Westwood One Radio Network.

 In 2004, Teresa got her big great break when she was offered her first television job in Monroe, Louisiana. She became the quintessential Louisiana reporter, enjoying the culture, lifestyle and even hosting the local Mardi Gras parade. But she also covered some very serious news stories, including the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina that devastated the area.

 In 2006, WFSB Channel 3 hired Teresa as their morning traffic reporter and correspondent on Better Connecticut, a daily lifestyle show. In 2010 Teresa made the big intermarket move to WTNH where she spent 11 years hosting Connecticut Style.

 In 2021, Teresa recognized the changing tide in how people consume media and get their information, so she left traditional local media and started her own company focused on brand storytelling through digital content.

 Teresa is happily married to her husband Brandon and proud mom to their son Dante and daughter Angelina.
