It's a Marathon!

CoCA is renowned for its annual art-making Marathon as a central part of its Auction.

Once a year for nearly 30 years, CoCA selects masterful artists to come together and make art to be sold in the Auction in support of art communities. CoCA's Marathon and Auction Artists receive 50% of the final sale price for their work sold at Auction. While we cannot gather like we used to, CoCA's virtual 2021 Marathon is sure to be exciting and an event like no other. About the 2021 CoCA Marathon and Auction

The 2021 Marathon and Auction commences on September 13 with the Silent Auction. The CoCA Silent Auction features over 30 can't-live-without auction items including work created by our 2021 Marathon Artists. The Silent Auction is open for five days only, so get your bids in swiftly!

On September 17, the Marathon will showcase CoCA Artists and their journeys to create stellar artwork for the Live Auction. Join us on Instagram LIVE from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST. Don't miss it! The marathon highlights are only available for 24 hours.

All events throughout the week culminating in our event finale, the VIP Preview Party and Live Auction Main Event. For the first time ever, the VIP Preview Party and Live Auction will be hosted virtually by esteemed auctioneer Kip Toner and famed entertainer ALEKSA MANILA inside the CoCA Gallery! Tune in to the Live Auction Main Event to hear key messages from the CoCA Community and to participate in the event.

The Live Auction Main Event is FREE to attend and will be live-streamed HERE as well as on Facebook LIVE and YouTube. No registration is required to watch, however, registration is required for participation in the Auction or Raise Your Paddle. 

M&A VIP guests receive a three-course meal for two catered by Nue Seattle, a CoCA swag bag, early access digital auction catalog, and exclusive access to the VIP Preview Party featuring performances by celebrated entertainers Om Johari and Debbie Cavitt.
