We are thrilled to share with you that together we raised $3.2 million to benefit John Muir Health's new Cancer Pavilion being constructed on the campus of the Walnut Creek Medical Center. This includes $1.1 million of matching dollars so generously provided by the Hofmann Family Foundation.
We are grateful for your extraordinary generosity which is helping transform how cancer care will be delivered to patients and families in our community.
COVID-19 Guidelines
For the safety of all guests, please note the following COVID-19 precautions:
- All guests must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Fully vaccinated is defined as having received at least two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or at least one dose of the Johnson & Johnson (Jansen) vaccine.
- All guests should plan to verify their negative COVID-19 status on the day of the event using an at-home antigen test kit. Test kits are available upon request; please call the JMH Foundation Office at 925-947-4449
- Showing proof of vaccination and a negative antigen test is not required.
- By attending this event, you attest that you are fully vaccinated and have verified your negative COVID-19 status on November 5th.
- Mask-wearing at this event is optional; the event will be held indoors.
