By physically attending this Event, you and your guests acknowledge your compliance with the health & safety guidelines set forth by the CDC and the State of California. You also voluntarily assume any and all risks related to COVID-19 and agree to not hold the CHOC Foundation or Northgate Gonzalez Markets, and any of its affiliates, employees, contractors, volunteers, or agents liable for any illness, injury, and/or death that may occur.
