Minds Matter and the venue have established safety protocols to deal with COVID-19, do you and all others attending with you agree to abide by all published and posted health and safety guidelines and instructions from Minds Matter Colorado staff and its delegates?

Despite precautions being taken at the event, MMCO and the venue cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. The virus can be transmitted by asymptomatic individuals; it can cause severe long-term health consequences including death; and it is not possible to control the potential exposure of all attendees, staff, and volunteers.
