Pick-Up & Shipping Details

Congratulations! You're the Winning Bidder! Now what?

Please pick up your item(s) from the festival registration table inside the Indiana Dunes Visitor Center on

Sunday, May 16th from 8am to 4pm CT

Items that are not picked up will automatically ship to you at the address you provided for your GiveSmart registration and the credit card on file will be charged per the shipping fee schedule as follows:

Shipping 1-4 items: $10

Shipping 5-10 items: $20

Shipping 10+ items: $30

*Exclusions apply.

*Items that require extra special care or packaging for shipping (i.e. large, framed art pieces) will be shipped on an individual basis. You will be notified of the total shipping charge at the time of shipping. Exceptions to the above shipping fee schedule will be noted in the description of specific items. Please be sure to read item descriptions in full.

Auction Items that are not physical objects (i.e. bird guide services or electronic tickets) will be delivered to the email address on file no later than May 22, 2021. 

Winning bid balances must be paid in full before items will be distributed.
