AUCTION RULES

As a fun, new way to give fans an opportunity to access unique memorabilia from their favorite Red Wings players, the Detroit Red Wings Foundation will host the "#LGRW Online Auction" from Monday, April 19 - Friday, May 7 at 12:00PM EST.* Proceeds from the #LGRW Online Auction to benefit the Detroit Red Wings Foundation, as well as local nonprofit organizations.

This exciting auction will feature special Red Wings items made available for a limited time only, as well as specific highlighted offers each week. There will also be exclusive memorabilia and one-of-a-kind items that are available through the entire auction period.

BIDDING

Placing a bid is entering into a legally binding contract. Bidders who win an item will be held responsible for the amount they bid.
Must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Bidders must verify their age upon request.

PAYMENT

Payment will be automatically secured at the close of the auction.
Credit card is the only form of payment accepted.
Payment must be secured before items will be released.
If there are any issues securing payment, we reserve the right to offer the item to the second-highest bidder within 10 business days.

FULFILLMENT/DELIVERY

All sales final. No refunds or exchanges.
Scheduled, free in-person pickup opportunities will only be offered on Wednesday, May 12 from 10:00AM-4:00PM and Thursday, May 13 from 10:00AM EST - 6:00PM EST.
Items not picked up will be shipped the week of May 17, 2021. Shipping costs are charged after the close of the auction, based on location.
Purchaser is responsible for all tariffs, taxes, duties and any other additional costs associated with shipping and delivery outside of the United States.
Although reasonable precautions will be taken, neither the Detroit Red Wings nor the Detroit Red Wings Foundation is responsible for lost or damaged items.
