FAQ'S FOR THE DAY
What is the format of play? Scramble: All players in the group will tee off and select the best drive. After selecting the drive all players will play their shot from there. After everyone hits you then go to the next best shot and do the same thing until the ball is holed out. You will just have one score for the team on each hole. Each player must use their drive at least once.
Are Rental Clubs available? Yes. Please email Marla Brown at [email protected] by Friday, October 8th to secure your rental. Please specify left or right handed clubs.
How do I participate in the Golf Contests? For a $20 donation at registration you will be registered to participate in the following contests and receive a "mulligan": 1. $30,000 Hole in One Contest 2. $30,000, $10,000 and $5,000 Putting Contest 3. Closest-to-the-Pin Contest 4. Longest Drive Contest
Will there be snacks and beverages on the course? Yes, there are two halfway houses that will have complimentary snacks, soft drinks, beer and High Noon.
Where can I find more information & view auction items? You will receive a Welcome Text or email and you will be the first to know about the Silent Auction and other news throughout the day. Please make sure to register with your email and cell phone number.
Are Vaccine Cards or Masks Required? No, at this time we are following the regulations of the County and Facility. We are hoping to hold all activities outside however in the event of inclement weather, the reception will be at the Lodge.
What is the attire for the reception? Attire is Smart Casual, no jacket or tie required for men. You will have the opportunity to change prior to the reception if you prefer, however it is not required. There will lockers available in the men's locker room.
I'm attending as a Dinner Guest only, where should I go and at what time? The cocktail reception will begin at 5:30 pm. The location of the reception is weather dependent. It will either be outside at the Clubhouse Veranda or at the Marquis Room at the Lodge. We will send confirmation to all attendees on the 11th regarding the location of the reception.
