The Estate Sale Warehouse has been in business since 1994 as buyers and liquidators of estates in San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside and Orange County. The contents of the estates go to their retail store on historic Coast Highway in Oceanside. They always have a great selection of fine quality vintage furniture, art, collectibles, household items, clothing, and more. Botanica Home and Garden:
A desire to sell unique, handmade items led the couple to start producing many of their own home goods, including furniture, plant accessories, ceramics, and textile goods. The shop also features work of many local artists and makers, including 1502 Candle Co., Paradise Native, and Eliza Sloane Jewels. There is also an assortment of vintage items, usually including a few motorcycles. While the inventory and storefront is continually changing, the ultimate goal is to always bring customers beautiful goods, with quality and true style in mind.

Homestead Hems:

The standard apron is a one-size fits all adjustable apron. They have expanded their products to include: Children's Aprons, Harvest/Garden Aprons, Maker/Crafter Aprons, and other sewn Kitchen Accessories. Custom orders are always welcome as well. We have also begun to branch out into more "Homestead" items, and have been creating custom clay garden markers for all your garden/homestead needs.
