Join our Annual Believing in Girls virtual event at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12. We will provide information about the services we provide to young women ages 11-18 from our community.
Pace Center for Girls provides young women an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, training, and advocacy.
Established in 1985, Pace provides gender-responsive prevention and early intervention services for girls in 21 locations in Florida and a presence in Macon, Georgia. Pace's model consists of four key components - 1) academics, 2) counseling and case management, 3) life skills education, and 4) career programming. Girls that are served at Pace are between the ages of 11- 18 and have risk factors that have interrupted their ability to take the steps necessary to prepare for personal success and adulthood.
These risk factors include victimization, family instability, mental and physical health issues, unhealthy and illegal life choices, and school failure.

Charcuterie boards and cake flights
Pace Center for Girls, Leon has partnered with SoDough Baking Co. providing charcuterie boards and cake flights to those who register to attend the Believing in Girls event on May 12.
