Bingo Night and Fish Fry with Big Shoulders Fund

Join us for our first ever virtual Bingo Night and Fish Fry. Grab your tickets and your bingo stamper for a fun night to fundraise for the Auxiliary Board Scholarship impacting nearly 50 students annually at seven Big Shoulders Fund schools. This unique event will provide attendees with a fish fry meal prepared by Cadence Kitchen & Co for pick up, a six-pack of beer or bottle of wine, and enough cards for three rounds of bingo. Winners will receive a variety of prizes! A Zoom link will be sent out to all attendees the week of the event.

Pick up prepared fish meal with hush puppies and drinks at St. Nicholas Cathedral (2200 W. Rice Street) on either Thursday, March 25 or Friday, March 26. Tickets with meals must be ordered by Tuesday, March 23 by 5:00pm to be available for pick up.

Next Generation Boards

The Next Generation Boards are comprised of the Chairmen's Advisory Council and the Auxiliary Board, and support Big Shoulders Fund's network of schools through service and awareness, as well as fundraising for scholarships, which enable hundreds of children to receive a values-based education.

Big Shoulders Fund

Big Shoulders Fund supports inner-city schools which provide a quality, values-based education for Chicago's children. In the Chicago region, Big Shoulders Fund supports 72 schools. 100 percent of funds currently raised support four main areas - scholarships and enrichment, operational improvements, academic programs, and leadership development - with the goal of not just strengthening schools, but whole communities and preparing students for life-long success.
