We've opened our doors, now we're ready to welcome you!
The Red Cross Cascades Region is proud to now support the mid-Willamette Valley out of our brand-new location in Salem. Previously operating our humanitarian and blood collection services out of two buildings, we are excited to unify these efforts under one roof. This allows us to better control costs, provide enhanced service delivery and increase support for those we assist.
We invite you to make an investment in the future of the American Red Cross Cascades Region. Your support of our naming campaign will ensure we continue to deliver help and hope in Salem and the surrounding communities for years to come.
These exciting naming opportunities include, naming the building itself, as well as interior rooms and key centers for excellence. Your naming rights will last for a period of 10 years, with the exclusive first-right opportunity to extend your support. Funds raised from naming agreements will enhance general operations of our five lines of services: Disaster Cycle Services, Service to the Armed Forces, International Services, Training Services and Blood Services.
By the Numbers
Our Salem location serves as the hub of disaster and preparation operations and as a lifesaving blood collection site for Lincoln, Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties.
Thanks to our new home, our unwavering commitment to local communities will thrive. We are better prepared to respond to disasters and emergencies. We are training new volunteers, responding to home fires and wildfires, installing lifesaving smoke alarms in our most vulnerable communities and teaching CPR and preparedness classes. We are also providing services to military families and homeless veterans and collecting and delivering lifesaving blood.
Your gift will strengthen our region's resiliency, while inspiring the next generation of humanitarians. Share your visible commitment to the Red Cross in our community and pave a path to our future.
Additional information is enclosed in this brochure, and of course, you are welcome to join us for a tour of the building anytime!
With gratitude,
David Schaeffer
