WIN WIN 9: NIAD Art Center's
Ninth Annual Benefit Fundraiser
March 06, 2021 1:00 - 3:00 pm
Please join us online, Saturday March 6, 2021 from 1pm to 3pm PST for NIAD's annual fundraiser, Win Win 9. You can participate from anywhere in the world! Join us for a celebration of NIAD artists, a silent auction and live auction with works by artists from NIAD and the global art community. There will be music. There may be dancing. There will probably be Bingo.
It's called Win Win because everyone has a chance to take home fantastic art!
NIAD Art Center artists have made an amazing batch of works (paintings, photographs, sculptures, fibers and drawings) in a standard 6 x 6" format. The pieces are ready to hang on your wall or to be displayed prominently on a shelf. When you purchase a ticket, you will receive one 6x6" work of art randomly selected for you (shipped). Money raised by this benefit goes to the NIAD Art Center general operating fund (which means we get to keep the lights on onsite and in our virtual studio, and paint in everyone's pots for another day).

Also included in the event is a silent auction featuring works from more than 20 NIAD artists, and a live auction featuring works from other contemporary artists from the Bay Area and beyond who support NIAD. (Yes, you can attend the Zoom event and bid without buying a ticket; you just won't get a 6x6 canvas.)
You can bid on this artwork by NIAD artist Ann Meade. Watercolor on paper, 2017. 22 x 30".
Sponsorship opportunities are open now. Let's talk about all the ways you can support NIAD's programs. Click on the ticket link below to see all the benefits at each purchase level. We thank you for your support!

"Art is about remembering for me. It comes to my mind that we should remember our ancestors. It's about the things you have that you can be thankful for. I remember Dr. King and Rosa Parks and the old ways and the way they showed us.
There is power in learning history. Celebrating Black hair is important to me and exploring it in my clay sculptures of Black people. Black cultural icons are important to my practice also, especially Aretha Franklin. Aretha inspired a lot of people and showed herself in a good way." - Raven Harper, NIAD Artist
