Cleveland Legends Event

On May 25, 2023, Coach Sam's Scholars will host its annual Legends Event at Cleveland Browns FirstEnergy Stadium. This year, Coach Sam's Scholars will honor Cleveland Browns Legend Clay Matthews Jr. and Cleveland Metropolitan School District CEO Eric Gordon. Our annual Legends Event aims to celebrate the incredible legends within the Cleveland community while raising funds to empower the future generation of leaders. The event will include a cocktail hour, dinner, speeches from Cleveland Legends and leaders, raffle baskets, elite raffle items, and an auction. All are welcome, so join us on May 25, 2023, at First Energy Stadium for a night of celebration, inspiration, and hope for our future changemakers. Parking is covered by Coach Sam's Scholars.

Coach Sam's Scholars

Coach Sam's Scholars is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable foundation whose mission is to provide educational support and social-emotional support to children through a combination of literacy, personal development, and health and fitness programs designed to develop the whole child.

Since 2009, Coach Sam's has successfully reached thousands of children. Coach Sam's programming has led to improved academic performance and self-confidence for our young scholars, creating a path toward a promising and brighter future.
