Here are a few things to know before you go!
Directions: NEW! Please take Crescent Ave and enter at the Bunny Lake Road. This will bring you right to our valet team and the entrance to our tent.
Tickets: No tickets will be mailed; your name will be held at registration when you enter the tent and check-in with our registration team.
Dress: Summer Casual
Masks: Available at registration for those that wish to wear one.
Time: Open Bar & Dinner Stations Begin at 6:00pm
Auction: Silent auction opens Monday, August 2nd and closes at 8:30pm on the evening of the event. Live auction starts at 7:30pm August 4th.
To register for the auction on your mobile device ahead of time:
- Text SHGALA21 to 76278.
- Follow the prompts from the texts received.
- Once registered, click the blue link within the Welcome Text to access the Gala campaign.
- Add your credit card for quick and easy bidding.
