Alive Center Mardi Gras Gala 2021

Have you ever wondered what a day in the life at Alive looks like? Come and take a virtual trip through the Alive Center with our staff and teens. From Drop-in activities in the lounge to healthy cooking in the kitchen, and Teen-Led, Teen-DrivenTM (TLTD) programs in the large studio to music in the recording studio, you can virtually explore all that Alive has to offer. So join us for some Mardi Gras fun; where teens think we're a pretty bead deal!

Grab your krewe and purchase tickets to this exclusive FUNdraising event. Local guests will receive a jazzy goody bag fit for a king (or queen) filled with Mardi Gras throws and supplies to participate in TLTD programs! Our royal court staff will even crown a king and queen so be ready to be paraded through the virtual audience.
 
All funds raised will continue supporting teens in our community through our TLTD model which  focuses on empowering the youth of today to become the impassioned, resilient leaders of tomorrow. On any given day at Alive one will find teen-led tutoring, mentoring and clubs as well as life skill classes such as unstructured art and dance, nutrition and healthy cooking, stress management, open music venues, creative writing and just plain fun! We are a place to belong and learn important life skills. We are about new experiences and expanding minds! Join in the fun and "let the good times roll"!

For local participants buying a ticket, be sure to purchase by March 5th at Noon to get your Mardi Gras goodie bag full of beads, a mask and supplies for the teen-led activities delivered to your front door!
