Offered in the spirit of the annual Winter Party & Auction, the 2021 Winter Party includes a three course dinner for two from MOSAIC, an evening of virtual entertainment from some of Collegiate's own stars and the opportunity to bid on fabulous auction items. With bespoke table settings included in the ticket price, as well as the ability to add a kid's meal, a signature cocktail and a centerpiece, you may host an intimate dinner for two or enjoy a fun family night. Tickets start at $100 for a dinner for two and sponsorship tickets are available. So, place your order and get ready to enjoy the

The proceeds from this year's Winter Party will support the highest priorities of Collegiate School.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Get Started: Register for the Winter Party & Auction and place your ticket order.  You may add a floral centerpiece from Poppy & Birch when ordering your ticket. Poppy & Birch will donate 10% of the proceeds to Collegiate. Please rsvp by Monday, Feb. 8.

2. Start Bidding: The silent auction opens Friday, Feb. 5. 

3. Select Your Menu: On Wednesday, Feb. 10, you will receive a link to select your dinner for two menu and beverage choice of wine or sparkling water. Visit the second link to order dinner for the kids or a signature cocktail beverage. Included in your ticket price is a box containing bespoke table settings for two. 

4. Plan the Finishing Touches: Watch the how-to videos on unpacking your box, setting your table and making your signature cocktail.

5. Pickup Your Party: MOSAIC, 6229 River Road;  2-4 p.m.; Friday, Feb. 19

6. Your Party Begins: Set your table and enjoy your dinner!

7. Cheers: At 6:55 p.m., log onto the Winter Party website and enjoy the virtual program and live auction. The silent auction will remain open throughout the live auction.

8. Pack up your party: Simply return the rinsed items to the  place settings box. Return your box to Collegiate on Monday, Feb. 22.
