More than just a television station, PBS SoCal is an important cultural and educational institution for the community, whose mission is to foster a love of learning, culture and community using the power of public media. Our tree celebrates the vibrant work of internationally renowned artist and conservationist Wyland, host of the PBS program Wyland's Art Studio, and his nationally recognized non-profit foundation. This majestic holiday tree brimming with sea creatures inspires us to protect the precious beauty of our oceans.

Ornaments include access to our KCET Virtual Cinema Series and a whale watching excursion with Wyland himself.
