Pacific Symphony

Pacific Symphony inspires, engages, and serves Orange County and the region through exceptional music performances, and education and community programming. Led by our distinguished Music Director Carl St.Clair, the Symphony leads a renaissance in the appreciation, accessibility and impact of classical music in Orange County and the region, through creativity, responsiveness and innovation.

The inspiration for Pacific Symphony's Holiday Tree comes from our annual performance of "The Nutcracker," Tchaikovsky's delightful Christmas ballet presented each December at one of our Family Concerts. Our annual "Nutcracker for Kids" is a condensed version developed by our Education and Community Engagement Department. It offers children and families the opportunity to enjoy this classical piece together, participate in family-friendly arts and crafts, experience an instrumental petting zoo, and meet Symphony musicians before and after the concert.

Pacific Symphony's Holiday Tree contains three digital photo frames, a digital star, three audio devices that are voice-activated, and two large colorful, wooden nutcrackers that flank the tree: all of which the lucky highest bidder will get to keep!
