How do I register?
Get started by hitting the "Register Now" button at the top of the page and enter your name, phone number, e-mail. Credit Card information is required to bid, however your credit card will not be charged until you confirm your winning bid or donation. You can add your credit card details In "MY INFO" at the top of the home page.
How do I bid?
Browse the auction by going to the "Items" tab on the home page, and start bidding on your favorite items. You may place a one time bid or use the Auto Bid function. If Auto Bid is selected, we'll increase your bid as needed to keep you winning until your maximum bid is reached.
On Your Phone: Click the blue link in your welcome text message and it will take you to your personal bidding page.
Please note that the tree's final destination should be within 100 miles of South Coast Plaza.
When can I bid?
Bidding for the online auction will open on Saturday, November 14th at 11:00am PT, and will close on Friday, December 4th at 6:00pm PT.
How do I make a donation?
In the "Items" tab, click on Item #1-"Click to Donate"-and select the organization you would like to donate to from the drop down menu. Click "Donate" after selecting your donation amount to add the donation to your cart. Check out by selecting "Pay" on the menu bar, and our secure system will process your payment. 100% of your donations go to the organization(s) of your choice.
Will the trees be on display at South Coast Plaza?
The holiday trees will be on view for free to the public from Saturday, November 14 to Friday, December 4 at The Pavilion, an open-air space at South Coast Plaza's north parking structure. COVID-related safety measures will be observed at The Pavilion and throughout South Coast Plaza.

How will I know if I am outbid or have won a tree?
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. If you won a tree, you will receive a notification when the auction closes. If you are not receiving texts, make sure you have entered the correct mobile number under your profile!
How do I pay for my tree?
When the auction closes, you can check out by selecting "Pay" on the menu bar. Our secure system will process your payment. We ask that you kindly complete this process within 24 hours of the auction's closing.
If I am a winning bidder, how do I get my tree(s)?
Once you have completed your payment, you will be contacted by a South Coast Plaza representative to coordinate your tree delivery. We will deliver all decorated trees to the winning bidder, or to a local charity or organization of the winning bidder's choosing at no cost, within a 100-mile radius, between December 5th and 10th.
