 YOUR DAY INCLUDES

 

*For the safety of all attendees, a COVID-19 Waiver must be filled out and returned to Kelly Madsen prior to the event.  

SCHEDULE

9:00 am                         Registration / Practice Range / Shopping Experience (outdoors, Clubhouse rear entrance)   

10:45 am                       Report to Golf Carts / Explanation of Rules 

11:00 am -12:50 pm      Tee Times (One foursome teeing off at three nines every 10 minutes, last group leaving by 1:00 pm)

3:30 pm - 7:00 pm       Cocktail Reception at Clubhouse (Jackets not required, outdoors, Clubhouse rear entrance) 

 

Arrival: We recommend arriving an hour before your tee time to enjoy food and shopping.

After your game, you are welcome to stay as long as you like to enjoy the ongoing cocktail reception on the newly designed outdoor patio with an overflowing assortment of food stations and open bar from 3:15pm onward.

Golfers are awarded generous "gift points" redeemable the day of the event at our pop-up boutique. Shop for items from Callaway, Peter Millar, Stitch and G4. The quantity of points awarded to each golfer is pro-rated based upon their sponsorship/ticket level. Points are valued at $75 each.

$5,000 Sponsorships will...

  • provide tuition reimbursement for 2 nurses looking to finish their degrees so that they have minimal out of pocket expenses

  • provide nursing excellence scholarships to 5 nurses that can be used towards coursework, books, materials for professional development


$2,500 Sponsorships will...

  • allow a nurse to travel to a national conference to present research or best practices to his/her national peer group

provide funding for 1 nurse to pursue a research project to improve patient care and safety


$1,000 Sponsorships will...

  • allow 4 nurses to complete a certification in a specialty area
