The stream will go live at 6:45 pm CST and the program will begin promptly at 7:00 pm CST. Since this is a live program, you will not be able to rewind, pause, or fast forward. We'd hate for you to miss that one moment everyone will be talking about!
Talking during this show is encouraged! Use the chat module on this event access page (activated on event day!), and we'll see you there.
Most viewing issues will be helped by simply refreshing the page.
If you're watching on your laptop, it can be helpful to clear your cache and start with a fresh browser to proactively prevent lag. We don't want your computer slowing down the show!
Close all other browser windows and limit any other streaming in your household.
Consider watching on your laptop and bidding on items with your mobile device.
You can expand the video to the full screen, but will need to minimize it to chat, bid or donate. Again, consider using multiple devices to really engage.

Technical issues? We are admittedly more capable of getting hundreds of preschoolers ready for kindergarten than helping with IT problems, but that won't stop us from trying to help you resolve any issues that arise! Starting at 6:15pm on the day of the event, call/text our tech volunteer (Patrick) at 314-210-7871 if you run into difficulties.
