Gala Auction General Rules

• All sales are final, and there are no exchanges or refunds. Pinecrest Academy has attempted to describe items as accurately as possible. All items are offered as-is.
• Pinecrest Academy neither warrants nor represents, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to adhere to any expiration dates or stipulation on any item. Dates specified on certificates are non-negotiable.
• Pinecrest Academy is not responsible for replacement of lost or expired certificates. Buyers should contact donors within 30 days unless otherwise specified to make arrangements for dinner, tickets, vacations, or any other service. Vacation homes are not transferrable and are donated for adults and families only.
• Payment in full is mandatory at the close of the Auction. We accept credit cards as forms of payment.
• All fair market values set forth on items are donors' estimates and not warranted by Pinecrest Academy. For tax purposes, please consult your tax adviser.
• Silent auction bids will begin at 8:00am on March 17 and end on March 20 at 9:30pm.
