7 day/6 night stay at a beautiful 15 guest lake house on Lake Lanier with 5 king and 3 queen beds, 2 inflatable queen mattresses, and a queen pull-out leather couch. The retreat comes with a remote-controlled heated pool and hot tub, two-story boat dock with open boat slot to bring your own or a rental, and a fire pit area, and is golf cart accessible. The house includes surround sound speakers on every floor and outside, a workout area, ping pong table, downstairs bar, an office space with a monitor, and a separate accessible garage with an outdoor fridge. The property is gated with code access only and is 0.2 miles away from park access with a walking trail.
A cleaning fee of $300 is to be paid by the winning bidder. Blackout dates include the week of July 4th and July 17-24, 2021. To book, Rally will put the winning bidder in contact with the homeowner.
