Auction FAQ

 

What time does the auction close? The silent auction will close at 8:30 PM ET on Friday, November 13. 

 

Do I have to enter my credit card information? Yes. A credit card is required to bid in the silent auction and make a donation.

 

What is an auto-bid? You may set up an auto bid for any item. You will need to enter the maximum you are willing to bid on that item and the system will continue bidding on your behalf until your auto bid limit is reached. You will only be notified if your auto bid limit has been outbid by another user. At that point, you will need to bid again or set another auto bid.

 

What if I am not receiving text message alerts? Please make sure you entered the correct cell phone number when you registered. You can update your cell phone number in your profile. 

 

Is there technical support available? If you need assistance, please email auction@rallyfoundation.org and we will be happy to assist you as quickly as we can.

 

How do I pay for the items I won or the donations I make? After the Virtual Benefit Bash on Friday evening, we will send you a text message with a link to pay your balance. You may also pay any outstanding balance at anytime by clicking the PAY tab. Any outstanding balances not paid by Monday, November 15 at 5pm will be charged to the credit card on file. If you would like to make alternative payment arrangements, please contact auction@rallyfoundation.org before that time.

 

How do I collect the items I won and what if I live outside the metro Atlanta area?

  • If you live in the metro-Atlanta area, your items will be available for pick up at the Rally office November 17-19 from 9am to 3pm and on Friday, November 20 from 9am-12pm. We will contact you if we are able to email or mail you a certificate that you win. Our address for pick up is 5775 Glenridge Drive, Building B, Suite 370, Sandy Springs, GA 30328
  • If you live outside of the metro-Atlanta area, we will ship your items to you by November 24. We cannot ship alcohol.
  • If you have any questions or need to make alternative arrangements, please contact allie@rallyfoundation.org or call 404-847-1270.

  • Any items not collected by December 14 at 5pm will be considered donated back to Rally to be used at our discretion. 

 

 

Do auction items expire? ?All auction items expire November 12, 2021 unless otherwise noted.
