4. Choose amount - you can use the suggested bid or bid a higher amount.

Receiving Your Auction Items

Many of our auction item donors have graciously agreed to arrange to mail items to their winners! If that is the case, you will receive a certificate with the donor's contact information after the auction.

If your item is being held by Cross Trails, you can contact us after the auction to arrange a pick up or to mail your item. If you prefer to have your item(s) shipped to you, please consider adding item #500, "Shipping," to your cart before checking out to help CTM cover the cost of shipping your item. Details will be sent to you at checkout.

More Fall Festival Events

Virtual 5K

Celebrate 70 years of campers running around Camp Chrysalis by signing up for our Virtual 5K. Registration opened on August 3rd and you can run or walk in your home community any time before midnight on September 20th. That gives you seven weeks to run or walk! Get your friends and family involved too! If you want to try for a prize, submit your best time. If you just want the fun t-shirt and swag, just sign up!

Virtual Cook Off

Great food is a big part of camp life, and the chili cook-off is a longstanding tradition of our Fall Festival. This year, we are asking congregations or individuals to host a meal pick-up or cook-off and collect an offering for Cross Trails. You can adapt the food and service to whatever works in your area. Whether it's chili, pancakes, baked goods, or tacos, cook-offs bring some fun and yum! Click the link below to sign up to participate, then send in your funds by September 30th!
