Image Description: As all the photographs in Alejandro Chaskielberg's series, The High Tide, this image was shot at night in a small river delta community in Argentina, using only available moonlight, flashlights, lanterns and strobes to illuminate the staged scene. The artist cast local islanders in imagined situations based on their daily routines, transforming everyday reality into a dreamlike world.
