Dear Fellow St. Jude Parishioners~

I know so many of your friendly faces by name that I feel like my family has 3000 members! Just in case we haven't met yet, I'm Bill Kidwell. I have been chairing the St. Jude Summer Festival for 30 years. Phew! It has been thanks to dedicated parishioners and community support that has made all these years such a huge success. THANK YOU!

Today, I'm writing to ask you to join me in supporting the festival again this year. While it's true that we won't get to see each other at the games tent or enjoy music & chatter with friends while hanging around the midway, we can still fulfill one of the major goals of our festival which is fundraising for large projects/improvements around our parish.

Many of you will remember that the money raised by the festival is used each year towards a capital improvement or repair. Some of these projects in years past have included the school roof, air conditioning, and most recently the new sound system in the church. Though our festival looks different this year, the need for updates and improvements around our church grounds will not slow. Here are a few ways you can show your support:  Bidding on baskets and sharing info about our silent auction with friends, considering a sponsorship for beer or coke, and thinking over a possible capital sponsorship that will not only benefit our parish but also your business.
