Comic Cat Relief

Heaven on Earth was founded in 2000 with humble beginnings, and to this day, our mission remains consistent: to transform the lives of homeless cats through rescue, sanctuary, and new beginnings. Heaven on Earth adopts cats and kittens that have been rescued from Los Angeles City and County shelters and surrendered by private owners. Our medical team of veterinarians, trained staff, and volunteers treat cats and kittens with medical conditions, mamma cats and kittens, and underaged kittens. In collaboration with Los Angeles Animal Services, we run the veterinary clinic at the West Valley Animal Shelter where we alter adoptable shelter animals, provide no or low-cost spay/neuter services to owned animals, and support other LA area dog and cat rescue organizations by providing discounted veterinary services to animals in their care. Our SpayShip Transport Program facilitates the spay/neuter of community and owned cats by assisting with transportation, trapping assistance, and public education.

Auction Pick-Up/Shipping Information

Please read carefully as item redemption and pick-up coordination is the responsibility of the winner. 

Physical Items: Winners must pick up items from the Heaven on Earth office. All auction items will be available for pick-up during designated time slots ONLY (Drop-ins not permitted due to limited office hours). Winners will be notified of pick-up details and time slots via email on file. *Some exclusions apply and will be noted on individual item description. HESA does not assume any liability for damage or loss with shipping. Should insurance be required, winner is responsible for any associated cost.* Due to limited staff resources, shipping will only be made available to those winner's residing outside of the Greater Los Angeles area. Thank you for your understanding.

Certificates: HESA will email electronic certificates to email on file. When appropriate, HESA will mail physical certificate(s) to desired location within two weeks of the close of the auction. If the winner wishes to pick up certificate(s), he/she will be notified of the pick-up details and instructions via email on file.  

Alcohol: Packages containing alcohol may not be shipped and must be picked up by an individual 21+ years of age with valid ID. Winners will be notified of pick-up details and time slots via email.
