First responders are on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic in every community across the country, and First Responders Children's Foundation provides support for first responders and their families who are enduring financial hardship due to the coronavirus outbreak. In addition to providing direct financial support to first responders, donations will allow First Responders Children's Foundation the means to provide urgently needed personal protection equipment, including FDA surgical masks, face shields and gowns.
On behalf of First Responders Children's Foundation, thank you for the generous support. First Responders Children's Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization which provides support to first responders and their families enduring financial hardship due to tragic circumstances. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Foundation is meeting the needs of first responders on the front lines who are risking their own health in service to others. For nearly 20 years, the Foundation has awarded college scholarships to children who have lost a first responder parent in the line of duty and supported programs operated by first responder organizations whose purpose is to benefit children or the communities in which they live. We want to especially thank 1/ST Live, DJ D-Nice, The Roots, the Stronach Group, Budweiser Zero, the City of Hallandale Beach for planning and hosting this event.
