Thank you for your support

In loving memory of Krishna Sondhi

(June 28, 1932 to April 28, 2020)

Mother, Wife, Grand Mother and Great Grand Mother

Born in India, in a family of 8, she passed away peacefully on the morning of April 28, 2020. She was a student of Hindi language and Vedic Mantras. To her, family was her top priority and as an older sibling she took care of her younger siblings like a mother. She was married 67 years before she lost her husband two years ago. She was an excellent host and always had her doors open for family and friends. She welcomed all guests with a smile and her warmth will always be remembered by all.

She was religious, sensitive and a very loving person. She was an ardent follower of Arya Samaj and led her life following those principles.

She leaves behind 3 daughters (Meenu-Rajesh Gulati; Mukta-Ashok Rawlley; Mani-Rakesh Khanna) and a son (Ashish-Vinti Sondhi); 8 grand children (Akhil-Rachna; Bhavna-Jatin; Kunal; Sahil-Tanvi; Naina-Aaron; Sameera-Ujjwal; Esha and Anika); 3 great grand kids (Aarya, Shloka and Aiden)

First Responders Children's Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization which provides support to first responders and their families enduring financial hardship due to tragic circumstances. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Foundation is meeting the needs of first responders on the front lines who are risking their own health in service to others. For nearly 20 years, the Foundation has awarded college scholarships to children who have lost a first responder parent in the line of duty and supported programs operated by first responder organizations whose purpose is to benefit children or the communities in which they live.  Donations have an immediate, positive, and powerful impact on first responders and the children of those who make sacrifices in service to their fellow citizens. On behalf of everyone at First Responders Children's Foundation, thank you. We are deeply grateful.
