Help Us Send S'more Kids to Camp!

No act of generosity is too small to make a difference.

ABOUT US: Camp Wapiyapi has provided free, residential camp experiences for over twenty years to children ages 6 to 17 facing pediatric cancer. With the support of individuals and businesses like yours, annual week-long summer camps in Woodland Park benefit the whole family through the inclusion of both patients and siblings.  Kids recapture the spontaneity of being childlike which cancer has stolen from them - at no charge to the families.

Wapiyapi is a Lakota Sioux word that means "health and healing."  For hundreds of kids with cancer and their siblings, it also means hope.  No gift is too small to help families to continue to heal outside of the hospital. Our 501(c)(3) charity has served nearly 2,000 children since 1998. Over 150 volunteers make this program possible each year.

Wapiyapi's Mission: To foster healing, fun, and friendships through an exceptional camp experience.
