This is an online raffle only and the winner will be determined by a digital drawing.

"Poop there it is" Squares

Have some fun with us and participate in HSSM's virtual tongue-and-cheek game "Poop there it is"! This is strictly for "poops and giggles" since 2020 has been an all around "crappy" year.

Participants have the chance to turn the year around and win up to $5,600 with a split the pot 60/40 with HSSM! Let's turn that frown upside down!!

HSSM's outdoor play yard has been divided evenly into squares and there are 560 squares up for grabs. After purchasing a square (or three), HSSM will randomly assign squares to purchasers and then the "poop drop" will happen live at the shelter on Friday, October 23rd at 6pm. Any squares not purchased will belong to HSSM.

HSSM will bring a dog out into the play yard with a handler and when nature calls...whoever purchased the square where the poop lands will win whatever amount is raised from the "Poop Drop" and will walk away with 40% of the pot!

Although the Humane Society of South Mississippi (HSSM) has had to cancel our on-site Rock 'N Roll Over event at the Hard Rock, we are still moving forward with a virtual event on Friday, October 23rd which will include an online silent auction AND on-site TAILgate PAWty at the shelter!

HSSM depends on the support of our community to provide high quality services and compassion to over 7,000 of the Gulf Coast's most vulnerable pets each year. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to cancel several crucial fundraising events and have been stretching our resources to the limit. Your contribution will help us close the funding gap during these unprecedented times. Your donation will insure pets in need will receive uninterrupted care during this crisis.

YOU can make a positive difference in the lives of our shelter pets by participating in our silent auction, making a donation (no amount is too small or large!), purchasing a raffle ticket or buying squares to participate in the "Poop Drop"-our fun little tongue-and-cheek game for "poops and giggles" since 2020 has been such a "crappy" year.
