EREF 2020 Fall Classic Refund Policy
If circumstances require the Environmental Research & Education Foundation (EREF) to cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of registration fees. Refunds for registrations are available (less a 4% processing fee for payments made via credit card) up to three weeks prior to the event.  Requests for refunds given within three weeks of the event are eligible to receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend the event and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content. EREF is not responsible for refunding lost or forfeited transportation or lodging fees.
