Why should I provide an email for ticket purchases?
We are 100% committed to the flawless execution of your event. By capturing email addresses during ticket purchase, your guests will receive immediate notification that a ticket has been purchased for them. The email contains pertinent event information which the guest can refer to up to the day of the event and can be used at tax time as a receipt for tax purposes.
Ticket price is $50.00 per ticket and a total of 400 tickets are available for sale. The winner of the golf cart raffle will be determined by random drawing. The drawing will take place at the 21st Annual Casino Night Saturday, March 7, 2020. Winner must be 18 years of age and present to win. Legal U.S. residency required. If the winner of raffle is not present at the event when the winning ticket is drawn, another ticket will be drawn. This will continue until the winner is present. Purchasers of raffle tickets must give their full name, telephone number, and email for each raffle ticket purchased. The winner of the raffle must claim the prize within 15 days of the drawing at a mutually agreed upon time and location. If the winner does not claim the prize within 15 days of the drawing, the prize will be forfeited. Winner will comply with IRS regulations and tax regulations as applicable. Taxes and other fees, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. The Rotary Club of Mechanicsville, officers, directors and members are not responsible for any damages, acts, losses, or liabilities arising from the purchase of the raffle tickets or claiming and possession of prizes other than as stated in the raffle rules.
