The venue is a charming and historic small-town venue with an abundance of free parking. Venue details and entrance instructions will be emailed after purchase on Thursday, Aug. 20. We will email guests a drone video of the little town venue so you know what to expect. It is an incredibly large location for us to spread out in that is just divine. 

The dress code is cocktail casual. Dress comfortably as this gala is at an indoor/outdoor facility and it can get hot. We suggest men wear a short sleeve golf/collared shirt with a blazer for photos and then can easily take off the blazer to stay cool during the dinner program outside. Ladies we recommend you wear a comfortable, breezy dress that you can enjoy in the wind at the top of the hill.

For standard ticket holders, arrive at 5:30 p.m. to browse silent auction items and grab a drink from one of the cash bars before taking your seat at dinner outside at 6 p.m.

If you are looking for an upgraded experience, consider purchasing a VIP ticket, which includes premium seat placement at the Gala, as well as a private VIP reception from 5-6 p.m. with Congressman Dan Crenshaw (with photos included) on the property with a terrace overlooking a luscious and landscaped view!

Purchase Congressman Crenshaw's latest book and show up anytime between 4-5 p.m. for a book signing where Rep. Crenshaw personally signs your copy to keep! This will be in a separate area at the property.

If you have a group of people who want to attend, consider becoming one of the event sponsors to get an upgraded table, tickets to the VIP reception, complimentary signed books by Congressman Crenshaw for table sponsors, the opportunity to host an elected official at your table, and also marketing your brand pre-event and throughout the event. 

At this time, we are requesting guests wear masks from their car until they reach their outdoor dinner seat or anytime walking around. Guests are welcome to remove masks when drinking and eating. For dinner, the tables will be spaced per guidelines and will be at 50% capacity for seating so guests can spread out. We are absolutely committed to protecting our guests and honored speakers for an incredibly memorable evening together.

We realize that we are in unchartered territory in regard to in-person gatherings. We will follow all local and state guidelines and laws concerning meeting together in person for our event which was moved from May to August 21, and then changed venues. We will email attendees the week of the event with specific details that are relevant at that given time to adhere to the venue's guidelines as well as the local and state laws as those are ever-evolving and changing.
