How does this virtual event work?
It's three parts:
- donations gratefully accepted on this GiveSmart platform from now until October 17
- online auction begins on October 8 and lasts until 9:00 pm on October 17
- live stream event begins on Saturday, October 17th at 6:45 pm.
No act of generosity is too small to make a difference.
You can browse auction items now and mark your calendar to begin bidding on October 8. There will also be BUY NOW items too.
Once you Register on GiveSmart, you will begin receiving updates via email and text messages about auction items and the virtual programming. You don't want to miss the daily 3:00 pm auction additions beginning on October 9 and other special announcements. We will email and text you the direct link to join the virtual event via YouTube on the day of the event. No account required on YouTube.

A Watch Party is a gathering of people who watch the live streaming event together while meeting local guidelines for group gatherings.
Better TOGETHER
A Watch Party is also a fabulous way to join in a shared experience for a great cause. Thank you for your enthusiasm and your willingness to help raise funds to benefit the Ada Jenkins Center. Include your family, friends and neighbors in the evening.
YOU can be creative. Whether you invite your guests for hors d'oeuvres, dinner or light refreshments during the live stream, YOU decide what works best for you and your guests. All from the comfort of your home.
Make sure everyone has their smart phone or tablet handy for browsing, bidding, buying and donating. Once you register for a watch party, we will email tips and other details on how to make your watch party successful and fun!
Please do let us know you are hosting a watch party so we can recognize YOU during the virtual event. We invite you to take a photo or video of your party that we can share.
