$20,000 - You will provide all the transportation needs for work, medical care, education and children's services for all shelter and supportive housing clients and their children for a year. You will ensure people have the transportation services they need to rebuild their lives.
$10,000 - You will provide two months of comprehensive legal advocacy services, including filing for protective orders, safety planning and ongoing advocacy. You will ensure these lifesaving services are there for approximately 1,000 people in that two-month period.
$5,000 - You will provide 100 children with access to therapeutic counseling. You will help break the cycle of abuse.
$2,500 - You will provide six virtual six-week teen dating violence sessions. Georgia ranks #3 in high school teen dating violence and you will help prevent this crime among our teens.
$1,000 - You will provide two weeks of PADV's children's program for children in our shelters. Children receive clothing, food, a safe place to sleep, safety planning, field trips, advocacy with the schools, and parenting support for Mom. You will provide a first step to healing children and rebuilding a strong mother/child relationship.
$500 - You will provide a month's worth of personal protective equipment and disinfectant cleaning supplies for our two shelters. You will help keep our residents and staff safe and healthy during this pandemic.
$250 - You will provide one month of virtual community support groups for domestic violence survivors that aren't in our shelters. You will help provide healing and support to domestic violence survivors.
$100 - You will provide one month of groceries for one shelter resident. Your gift provides renewal for survivors through the comfort of a warm meal in a safe environment.

Q - Why do I need to register?
A - Registration for PADV's fundraising gala allows you to donate, purchase raffle tickets, and bid on silent and live auction items.
Q - How do I register?
A - Register by texting PADV2020 to 76278 or going to PADV2020.givesmart.com.
Q - Do I have to enter my credit card?
A - You will be prompted to enter your credit card only if you bid on an auction item, purchase a raffle ticket or make a donation. There is no charge to attend/watch the event. We are grateful and appreciative of a gift that is meaningful to you.
Auction Bidding
Q - How do I bid, donate, and purchase raffle tickets while watching the gala?
A - We recommend bidding from your mobile device and watching the gala from your TV or computer/laptop/ipad.
Q - Can I bid on auction items, even if I am not able to watch the gala?
A - Yes, anyone can bid on the auction items this year, so feel free to share!
Q - When does auction bidding begin and end?

Q - What's the prize?
A- A Table for 6 to a 2021 concert of your choice at Cadence Bank Amphitheatre at Chastain Park.
Q- When will the raffle winner be announced?
A - During the program between 6-7pm ET on September 26th.
Q- Can I win if I don't attend the gala on September 26th?
A- Yes! The winner will receive a text message.

Q - How do I donate?
A - You can donate a monetary gift several ways:
- From heartswithhopegala.org - click DONATE TODAY button and follow the prompts.
- From PADV2020.givesmart.com, there are several ways to donate:
- Click DONATE from the menu bar
- Click ITEMS from menu bar and then select the item from ITEMS number 1-8 for pre-established levels $100-$20,000
- Click ITEMS from menu bar and then click the "$ CLICK TO DONATE ICON" to customize the level that is significant to you
- On the bottom of your screen, select "Make a Donation" from the Category list and follow the prompts

Virtual Gala Program
Q - How do I watch the gala?
A - On September 26th, go to heartswithhopegala.org. We recommend watching from your computer or your smart TV.
Q - Where do I find a program book?
A - Go to heartswithhopegala.org to download or view an electronic version.
Q - Where do I go for help if I encounter any issues before or during the gala?
A - Email [email protected].
Check-out Process & Winning Bidders
Q - How will I pay for donations I make, raffle tickets or items I won?
A - You should "Self Checkout". Once the Auction closes at 8pm on September 26th, you will need to:
- Go to PADV2020.givesmart.com, click PAY from the menu bar
- Review the purchase summary
- Enter a credit card or use the one you previously entered
- Select "Click Here to Pay"
- Once payment is completed, a Red Pay Stamp appears over your transaction
- Please note: If you do not self checkout by September 28th at 11:59pm ET, you card will automatically be processed.
Q - What if there is a discrepancy on my checkout screen?
A - If you see a discrepancy on your self checkout screen, do not complete the check-out process. Contact the PADV office by September 28th before 5pm ET at [email protected] and we will work with you to review and correct any issues.
Q - What if I forget to check out at the end of the event?
A - You will receive a text message asking you to please finish the check-out process. If you do not check out by 11:59PM on Monday, September 28th PADV will process the credit card on file for your charges.
Q - If the event is virtual how will I receive the items I won?
A - For auction items, certificates will be sent via email or regular mail within 14 business days. PADV will use the email or physical address you entered during the registration process. For auction items that need to be picked up, a PADV staff member will be in contact with you within 14 business days following the gala to make arrangements. Shipping is available upon request for a fee depending on the size of the items. In the meantime, if you have questions please contact [email protected].
