Ariana Kukors Smith
As an Olympic swimmer, World Champion and former World Record Holder, Ariana has always had a passion for finding ways to elevate. In the pool, hundredths of a second can mean the difference between gold and 4th place, or fulfilling a lifelong dream of becoming an Olympian.
From a very young age, Ariana has known the power of hard work and determination. She knows what it felt like to be at the top, however, it came with a huge cost. In February 2018, Ariana shared her story of sexual grooming and sexual abuse by her former swim coach which began at the age of 13. You can read her nationally headlined story here.
Upon retirement, Ariana shifted focus from her own improvement to using her experiences and passion to help others. She's been the Director of Health Inspiration for LifeWise Health (an affiliate of Premera Blue Cross), a High Performance Coach for Compete to Create, a joint venture between Pete Carroll and Michael Gervais, and a frequent keynote speaker for large corporations and organizations across the country.
MILCK
MILCK -the LA-based singer/songwriter and creator of the #icantkeepquiet movement -creates music for the modern day gentle rebel.
Her song "Quiet" -which in 2017 became widely known as the unofficial anthem of the Women's March movement -continues to turn heads and hearts. The track landed at #2 on NPR's Year in Music list, and was featured as part of NPR's American Anthem series. In 2017, Billboard called "Quiet" the #1 protest song of the year.
Recently, MILCK partnered with GRAMMY Award-winning producer Malay, and will be releasing new music in early 2020.
