General Auction Rules:

• Silent auction bids begin at 6:00pm and will close at 9:30pm. To place your bid, you will go to the auction site pinecrestgala.givesmart.com and place your bid there.
• All sales are final and there are no exchanges or refunds. Pinecrest Academy has attempted to describe the items correctly, but all items are offered as is.
• Pinecrest Academy neither warrants nor represents, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to adhere to any expiration dates or stipulations on any item. Dates specified on certificates are non-negotiable.
• Pinecrest Academy is not responsible for replacement of lost or expired certificates. Buyers should contact donors within 30 days unless otherwise specified to make arrangements for dinner, tickets, vacations, or any other service. 
• Payment in full is mandatory at the close of the auction. We accept checks and major credit cards as forms of payment.
• All fair market values set forth on items are donors' estimates and not warranted by Pinecrest Academy. For tax purposes, please consult your tax adviser.
