FAQ

HOW TO REGISTER: Simply click "REGISTER NOW" at the top of the page if you are new to the site or "SIGN IN" if you have a previous established account.
BIDDING: Click "VIEW ITEMS" to start bidding. You can bid from anywhere. You will receive a text message if you are outbid. Note: Your credit card on file will be charged if you win an auction item or make a donation throughout the virtual event.
WHEN DOES BIDDING START: All silent auctions items will be available for bid on Monday, May 25. All live auction items will open on Thursday, May 28.
WHEN DOES BIDDING END: Silent auction will end prior to the beginning of the virtual event at 7:00 PM on May 30. Live auction items will be available until our host, Stephen Walker, ends the bidding during the exciting event.
IF I WIN AN ITEM, HOW WILL I RECEIVE: Most items will be available for pick up at the main Bloom office located at 150 Marquis Drive, Fayetteville, GA 30214. Shipping is available if needed. Additional costs might apply.
HOW TO WATCH THE VIRTUAL EVENT: In order to achieve success, make sure you watch the event on a laptop or computer for best viewing on our Facebook page. Keep your phone available for online bidding.
