Saint Hilary School's Auction is Going Online!

Please join us for this online event Wednesday, April 29th through Sunday, May 3rd


Education saves the world!  Teachers are heroes! 

While much of the world has stopped, our mission of education and building community has not been placed on pause. Although we made the difficult decision to cancel our Midnight in Paris Gala, this year the SHS spring fundraiser will take place online.  We moved forward with the auction portion during these unusual times to honor the hard work and generosity of our parents and donors; and because of the importance of the proceeds that support the ongoing operating expenses of the school.  Therefore, we are hosting a Virtual Silent Auction as well as a Premier Online Auction (in place of the Live Auction). 


Premier Auction Items


Each year we also have a special "raise your paddle" item called Fund A Need which is designated for a special campus enhancement, academic program or teacher development.  This year we would like to recognize the amazing job done by our teachers at Saint Hilary School.  During this unprecedented time, our teachers heroically implemented a new distance learning program with two days' notice so that our students' education could continue with minimal disruption.  Our teachers provided the same structure and academic rigor online as if our students had been physically in the classroom.  Using creative ways, our teachers ensured student engagement, and resulted in near-perfect attendance in all classes!  Our children will be prepared to move into their next grade this Fall with the with the knowledge and confidence required. 


 Fund A Need this year will benefit our teachers, with funds split between teacher development and a cash donation to our teachers as a special thank you from our parent community (the latter will replace this Spring's HOT Fund donation)

4/29 - Silent Auction and Fund A Need opens at 10:00 AM for bidding!

5/1 - Premier Auction opens at 10:00 AM

5/2 - Premier Auction closes at 10:00 PM

5/3 - Silent Auction and Fund A Need closes at 10:00 PM


Register now! Every family that registers to participate will receive a bottle of wine on their doorstep to enjoy while placing your bids!  Opt-in to receive text messages to be kept up-to-date on bidding action.


Click to view all items or browse by category to acquaint yourself with all the fabulous signup parties, "teacher features", children's activities, and much more!  Premier items are listed separately.  Once you have registered your credit card you may start bidding.  Bid from anywhere using your computer, smartphone or tablet.  You will receive text messages to update you on your bidding status, so check your phones for important notifications.

Please note that your credit card will be charged if you complete a purchase or win an item.

Auction Item Pick Up

If you are the winner of an auction item, we will make arrangements with you to pick up the items you have won at Saint Hilary School on a mutually agreed upon date and time.  For tickets, certificates, and gift cards, we can arrange to mail your items to you. Thank you for your support.

A Special Thank You

Thank you to all the parent volunteers and SHS staff members who have dedicated so much of their time and talent to make this a terrific online event!  Our hope is that it will be successful, albeit a bit different this year.  A special thank you to Jennifer Kehoe, Kris Roberts, and Casen Splain who spent countless hours creating what was to be, a magical Parisian evening for our parent community to enjoy...we'll always have Paris next year!
