Imagine a day when we can stop Alzheimer's disease from stealing our memories, our ability to make decisions and solve problems, our relationships, and even our personalities. A day when the first Alzheimer's survivor holds on to everything the disease takes away-when every single piece of them makes it through. Together, we can make it happen!

As the world's largest nonprofit funder of Alzheimer's research we've played a role in nearly every major development in dementia science. A groundswell of support from companies, families and individuals over the past 39 years has mobilized the Alzheimer's Association into the global leader with the highest impact in Alzheimer's research. We continue to fuel national transformation while expanding our local impact.

This is a moment of unprecedented promise in Alzheimer's research, a time of unmatched momentum in the race to end Alzheimer's. We are completely committed to the goal of a treatment and prevention by 2025.

As part of this historic moment, we are thrilled to announce the debut of, "An Event to Remember," our first annual black-tie Gala. The February 2020 event steps onto the stage to join a handful of elite U.S. events that mobilize influential families and companies in pursuit of our mission.

The day is coming. It's not a matter of if, It's a matter of when. The time is now. Together we will change the trajectory of this disease.
