Every day, ProHealth AngelsGrace Hospice welcomes new patients into their 15-bed residential facility located in a picturesque rural setting in Oconomowoc. AngelsGrace Hospice provides comfort, support, respect, dignity and compassion for loved ones as they approach their final days. Families and friends are able to focus on spending time together while receiving support and counseling as they deal with a wide range of emotions that surround this difficult time. Since 2004, more than 4,500 patients and their families have received compassionate end-of-life care at AngelsGrace.

ProHealth Care Foundation hosts an annual event to aid in bridging the gap between the high cost of 24/7 professional hospice care and the limited reimbursements by government and private insurance. Additionally, through our community care program, funds raised at this event assure that no one will be denied care due to lack of financial resources.

Our annual gala, On Angels Wings, will be held Saturday, September 21 at The Ingleside Hotel in Waukesha. The signature fundraising event features fine dining, silent and live auctions, raffles, and much more. We invite you to attend, sponsor or support the event in any way you can.

We look forward to a memorable evening with a special purpose of allowing us to provide dignified, quality care to every patient and family regardless of ability to pay, and support the many acts of comfort that make ProHealth AngelsGrace Hospice so special. Together, we hope to surpass last year's event which raised more than $270,000.
